Hotel is convenient for exploring Derry. However, rooms are a bit outdated and seemed over priced for the condition and amenities, but this may have been due to the Halloween festivities. Due to a noise problem we stayed in 2 different rooms and although, they were very similar in decor the 2nd room was a nicer. The problem with the first room was that the bathroom was in poor condition and there were exposed pipes with trash stuffed in them where a bidet had once been. On the bright side it was convenient and the staff was great. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating with the noise issues. In addition, we did eat the continental breakfast our last day and it was both good and sufficient.
