Our stay at the Strand Palace was excellent! We were only there for a short time but the staff clearly go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and gave a true luxury experience. Anthony the doorman was a stand out and was so lovely!

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Breakfast was a bit expensive and it was not much. Also we did not know about there should be a booking to get into the indoor pool which we miss the oportunity.

Great location, clean, very hot rooms, no privacy as bathroom had no lock and felt very exposed going to toilet and shower.
