We contacted the hotel prior to arrival due to concerns regarding negative reviews. They assured us that room wouldn’t be problematic. Upon check in, one member was rude and repeatedly said she didn’t want to know about tour concerns or email exchange. If you arrive early you pay additional fees, ...

Royal Garden Hotel
Terrific location adjacent to Kensington Park and a short walk to the Palace. Room had a sitting area that felt roomy for two travelers. Staff were very helpful & courteous. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but the coffee station available every morning was much appreciated!
