Property Details: This 60-sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is street-facing and furnished with a double-size bed and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The flat was bright, cozy and impeccably maintained — it felt inviting the moment we walked in. We found everything exactly as described: the living space was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi reliable (which was great for our downtime). The location is absolutely fantastic: tucked away in central London, you’re just a couple of minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, so you’re in the heart of the West End’s theatre, dining and entertainment scene. Getting around couldn’t be easier: the nearby Charing Cross Station (and the Tube network) is within easy reach, making sightseeing beyond the immediate area a breeze.
