Other than locating the place, everything was as described. VERY clean and spacious.

Had an overall decent stay. Zac the host was really good to work with and responded to messages quickly. Building is easy to find. Pros: great location, right next to Hyde Park. Several dining locations nearby, including coffee shops and restaurants. Tesco grocery store right across the street. Apartment was clean (except for ants mentioned below).Cons: apartment is just ok. Somewhat dated inside. We had problems with ants in the kitchen. Could not leave any food out, even dry cereal etc or they were in it and we had to throw it away. On the second night of our visit, they were street racing in the street in front of the apartment at 2AM followed by police chasing the cars with sirens blaring. No one was able to go back to sleep after that. So while the property is literally a block from Hyde Park which was awesome, it is on a very busy street and there is vehicle noise in the apartment. Overall we would stay there again as long as the price remains reasonable. If it were more money, we would definitely be looking at other options. Thanks Zac for the stay!

We were a party of 6- stayed for 3 nts. Our host was communicative and prompt in responding. Apartment building was quiet. The apartment itself needs upkeep it seems-there was no TP in any toiletsqhen we arrived, not enough towels, one shower not working- which we were not informed of before, TP holder broke, the vent cover in one of the bathrooms fell out. Shower pressure was weak, and water not hot enough- which in Dec was not very comfortable. One bathroom did not have soap set up- we had to get from the kitchen instead then. Just small things like that. Otherwise property was clean though. Area is safe but overall average- great food options near by.
