Besides being close to "Platform 9 3/4", The area offers many groceries, a variety of restaurants, unique architecture, and even a few quaint pubs. Being from a small town, with literally no noise besides the birds. The tube is quite intrusive, but you get used to it after a day, and it doesn't run at night. Close to Kingscross station yes, with the wall of the property forming the side of the railway line. Service 3 lines, so every 30 seconds the whole property vibrate. Impossible to have any rest!! Most lights not working, dirty crockery and cutlery, carpets so dirty and stained, you do not dare to remove your shoes!! Bathroom very, very tiny with a door which cannot even close half way. Entrance hall is used as some sort of storage dump. Wifi dud not work. All in all, beyond disappointingly .
