Hotel was in a nice location.

Posted 01-Feb-2016
Pros: Location, staff, restaurants and view.
Cons: Temperature control and bathroom tub/shower could be easier to get into - maybe not so high.
Location: See above.
Everything was good. Nice to have breakfast included also. Staff were courteous, it was relatively convenient to the Underground and taxis were always readily available. Beautiful view of the London Bridge, and situated in the middle of a marina with plenty of cafes, restaurants to pick from. The only drawback to the entire experience was that the room and floor we were on (8th) was extremely warm. Nothing could be done about it and I was offered a table top fan to help me sleep at night. Windows opened slightly but offered no relief. I spent 4 nights there and suffered every night from the heat that was centrally controlled and kept pumping into my room. I would suggest they re-evaluate having individual temperature controls put in all the rooms for the customers' individual comfort levels. They also may want to re-think the tub/shower situation. Very difficult to get in and out of the tub as it is too high. For those who may be disabled that could pose a major problem.

Great location, just needs a little TLC

Posted 28-Jan-2016
The hotel is in a great locations, close to st Katherine's docks. Some nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice, it just needs a lick of paints and a few broken things to be fixed. It's little things like the ash tray in the lift. It just needs updating. The good news is that they are about to start a refurb programme. I look forward to going back and seeing it improved.

Posted 25-Jan-2016
Pros: Comfort.
Cons: Nothing tha I noticed
Location: Great location for East London. Used it as a base for concert at O2. The Tower of London right next door!
A very comfortable stay with modern decor and a wonderful location. Had a beautiful view across the river Thames.

Such a lovely part of London

Posted 25-Jan-2016
Pros: Good sized rooms and clean.
Cons: more lifts for the size of hotel
Location: great location
So pleased we booked here! Loved the hotel and especially loved the area - so convenient for everything but not bang in the middle where it is too noisy!

Fantastic location

Posted 23-Jan-2016
Adjacent to Tower Bridge and St Katherine's Dock and across the road from The Tower of London. An ugly building on the outside, but very nice on the inside. Breakfast coffee was stewed and temperature control in the bedroom was difficult, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Close to all attractions

Posted 19-Jan-2016
Pros: As above
Cons: The lifts and WiFi in the rooms.
Location: Tower of London. Petticoat Lane market. Spittlefield market. Greenwich.
Booked this hotel as we had stayed there before and it didn't disappoint this time Enjoyed our stay close enough to all the attractions we wanted to see so we could walk rather than using the underground. Recommend spending the day at Greenwich including going into Greenwich village its self.
