Situated on the ground floor, both double bedrooms are generously sized and offer ample storage.  
•The first bedroom has direct garden access via external stairs, along with a TV for relaxed evenings in bed.  
•The second bedroom includes a desk, perfect for remote work, and its own TV.  
The family bathroom is beautifully appointed with a walk-in shower, a deep freestanding bathtub, a heated towel rail, WC, and sink - ideal for long, relaxing soaks after a day in the city.  
  
KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING  
Downstairs on the lower ground floor is the open-plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a combi washer/dryer.
