The top wobbled, so that some things put on it slid about. Building work was going on outside, but that didn't really affect us, since we were out during the day and missed most of the noise made by the workmen. We stayed for work during the lockdown. Upon entry, we had to get rid of loads of baby pantry moths (or they would have ruined our food/clothes). We couldn't go anywhere due to lockdown + it was raining, but the solution proposed was to leave apartment for 4hrs. A more serious problem was the internet. We had to work from home and a good connection is key and we even checked for that upfront - was slower than what you can get from any public wifi and caused a lot of stress.
