Requirements for tenant not clearly listed!
The listing should reflect two requirements of staying in the flat: (1) The staff managing the property said that after giving 24 hour notice, they have the right to enter the apartment for inspections whether there is anyone in the apartment or not. They will use the spare key to enter the apartment after giving notice of appointment. (2) There is frequent inspections expected (including pest control, silicone, etc,) These type of requirements ought to be clearly reflected in the listing,
