The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom offers a bathtub. Enjoy the large living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. There’s a washing machine in the unit and WiFi throughout. The building also has a lift for easy access. ENTRANCE: \- As you enter, a convenient laundry area has a washer and dryer. OPEN PLAN LIVING and KITCHEN: \- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, oven, a kettle, and a toaster. \- An open living area with a comfy sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and a floor lamp. BEDROOM 1: \- Features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. BATHROOM 1: \- Family bathroom with bathtub. BEDROOM 2 / ENSUITE: \- Features a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room.
