● Access to the shared roof terrace is between 8 AM and 10 PM. No more then 2-3 people at the same time there. Smoking is strictly forbidden

A JOIVY employee will welcome you to the property, give a tour, and provide keys.
Late Check-in Fees

After 12 AM: £40
In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time.

By continuing your walk 10 minutes more from London Bridge, you will be able to cross the world-famous Tower Bridge, an icon of the United Kingdom.

The River Thames is on your doorstep, with great views at night. Even if you are a holiday-maker, a fisherman, boater or just in search of something to do at the weekend, you will find everything you need on the banks of the River Thames.

A 5-minute walk from Mansion House subway station (District and Circle line) and St Paul's Underground stations (Central, Northern, and Waterloo & City lines), this apartment has amazing transport connections which take you all around London.

Other Things to Note:
∗ Please note that the open hours for the shared roof terrace are between 8 AM and 10 PM, the doors are locked at all other times. There should be no more than 2-3 people at the same time being there. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Do not use the stairs directly in front of the main doors - this is a Fire escape only.

⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
