Very response. It became obvious they are not present in London and have no one who can help when necessary. We asked for a baby bed which was not present when we checked in, and rather than correcting the error, they insisted that we needed to go pick it up from a store and install it ourselves, only after promising to deliver it around our child's bedtime and then never showing up. They then overcharged us for the bed anyway. On the second night a window outside the apartment was broken, shattering glass inside and leaving the apartment cold and unusable. We notified the host right away, they waited more than 24 hours to respond, in the middle of the night, then said they would work on it right away, telling us to wait at the apartment for someone to come. Once we were there they said no one was coming, and we would need to wait for a three-hour window the next day. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. We called Vrbo and made alternative arrangements in the middle of our trip. Do not rent from this host. ##### Logan W.
