We walked everywhere and nothing seemed too far away. The flat itself was exactly as described and very comfortable. The managers were always a text away to answer any questions and even responded within minutes when we locked ourselves out. We would 100% book here again on our next trip. ##### Chris A. He has it managed by Bob who is great. The apartment has everything you would want in either a short or long stay. The apartment is clean and there are fresh flowers and fruit awaiting for you when you check in. the check in and out was so easy with Bob. I have stayed in Robert’s 1 bedroom in 2022 and just now in his 3 bedroom. Both were great. I can’t wait to come back. ##### Tina B. We enjoyed our month long stay at this property! The location is excellent, close to restaurants, grocery store, Green Park station, Buckingham Palace! Property is well maintained and a crib and high chair were provided as promised as well as a slow cooker, drip coffee maker and numerous other kitchen supplies which really allowed us to live like a local in London! The location is in the heart of Mayfair and a quick walk over to SoHo where you'll likely be eating most of your meals. There is a Starbucks about 5 minutes away in either direction. Ubers were never more than 5 minutes away. We felt safe the entire time. There are three caveats that you may wish to consider. First, there wasn't an A/C that we could find. Thankfully it was cold, so we were able to sleep with windows open. Second, the kitchen equipment was very limited. Third, the beds were rock solid. All of these could be chalked up to personal preference, so I didn't adjust my 5 star rating because of them. I hope this helps! ##### Peter Z. However, our flight was delayed/ cancelled and they required an extra 50 GBP payment because we were checking in late- which was very annoying considering the nightmare travel experience we had just survived, we arrived 12 hrs late bc of airline cancellations then having to do that in addition was frustrating. They also requested cash, which we didn’t have- so we put it on our card. We had also requested an extra mattress months in advance because we had 7 in our group (it was advertised as sleeping 7.) The mattress did not arrive until night 3 of our 4 night stay. Our daughter was on the couch for 2 nights. Other than those 2 issues, we enjoyed the flat and the location. ##### Susan C.
