This entire 1-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 1 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and decor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer than 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

One beautiful double bedroom (double size bed) for peaceful nights with integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.


A bath can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

- All beddings, sheets, and also towels are provided, included. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability. - Checkout cleaning and laundry are included as well. However, if you need an extra cleaning during your stay then please let us know in advance. Extra cleaning fees applicable.

- There is NO need for you to go to an office to pick up apartment keys. Our friendly guest manager will be waiting for you at the apartment.

THE AREA
The apartment is exceptionally located in Camden Town market well known for its open-air market area with countless shops, pubs and restaurants with its range of shops and restaurants. Camden street markets are London's 4th most visited tourist attraction and comprise Camden Lock market, Buch Street market, Stables market, Camden Lock and an indoor market in the Electric Ballroom where you can find everything from arts, crafts, antiques to alternative clothing.

After you have been out shopping and walking through the markets, there are an infinite nightlife venue such as the Electric Ballroom, Jazz Café, KOKO, Roundhouse, Underworld, The Worlds End, Barfly, Proud Galleries and many more where you will enjoy the last music delights;

The Regent's canal will take you to the northern edge of Regent's Park which is home of London Zoo. Other well-known attractions in the area include Madame Tussauds, Leicester Square, Abbey Road Studios (St John's Wood) and Oxford Street.

There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking in our area here. Enjoyed a month in London
We had a great time and really enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great location with respect to the tube, buses and overground as well as central London and north to Hampstead. We walked to Central London via the canal and Regents park on several occasions. We would definitely stay there again. I would say that the noise was something we had to get used to but London is a busy place. The apartment was clean and comfortable and met our needs during out month long stay.

Marco's place was a great base for our stay in London. It had all the facilities we needed and was convenient for all our London touring. Lots of grocery stores and places to eat locally. We had a great time!

My daughter and I stayed in this flat while she was trying to find a London apartment. It has great access to the overground and the underground is just a short walk away. We ended up extending our stay and Marco made that process very easy. The communication was also wonderful.

Great apartment, great location
This was our third stay at Marco’s Camden apartment and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The kitchen is spotless and fully stocked with place settings, silverware and cookware. The bathroom is also very clean, with a shower that has endless hot water. The bedroom has two closets, a large bureau to share and a comfortable bed. The living room sofa is great for stretching out on and the TV has one simple remote with plenty of channels. The wifi is strong throughout the apartment. Marco is a great communicator. There are several informative emails upon booking and Marco responds quickly to any questions. More emails are sent prior to arrival. Someone will meet you at checkin and give you a tour of the flat. Several hours later Marco emailed to make sure that everything was ok. Early checkin and late checkout are offered for a small fee and we took advantage of both, which worked out great with our flights. The location is tremendous. Within a block are cafes, small groceries, hair and nail salons, an excellent Italian restaurant and a train station. Within a range of 2 to 6 blocks are a large Sainsburys (grocery store), several pubs, many restaurants, shops of all kinds, access to the Regents Canal, the Camden Markets and a tube station. A little longer walk will take you to Regents Park and the London Zoo. There is some street noise during the daytime, but it wasn’t an issue for us at night. Marco’s apartment was the perfect base for our London visit with plenty to do locally and easy access to the rest of London.

Location was ideal but it was extremely loud
There was so much noise were not able to sleep the entire time we were there. We live in a city and are used to noise, but this was crazy loud. Also, people smoke downstairs a lot so the apartment constantly smelled of cigarettes. The other thing that was surprising was the shower situation; it was extremely high and there was no shower curtain or shower door. Aside from that we enjoyed our time there.

Location of Unit may not be for you
The unit is as you see on the site (except carpets need replacing) and the kitchen and bathroom are very good, but be aware location may not be what you are looking for. The location is a short walk to the tube and near The Camden Market so that is positive, but before you book be aware the unit is above a retail betting store which at a quiet moment you can hear the faint call of the occasional horse race. More important when we tried to sleep it was very noisy due to being on an intersection of a road that is very busy all hours and has a police station close by that results in sirens at various times during the night. We were there during a heat waive so windows had to be open all night to deal with the heat and the noise meant limited sleep the first few nights. If you are looking for a place that gives you some relief from a busy crowded city this would be a tough choice. Finally, this is also not your typical family VRBO and there are significant rules and when my wife was delayed in arriving the first day we had to pay a significant late check in fee. Just be aware that this is more like a corporate rental and thus no flexibility exists like we have had with so many other VRBO rentals.

A lovely bright apartment
We had a great stay at this apartment. It was a good size with plenty of amenities. There's a pub, convenience store and train station only a stone throw away as well as only being a 10 minute walk away from Camden lock. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in London!
