Beautiful and newly refurbished three-bedroom, two-bathroom home located in the heart of Paddington.   
This flat is located on the the floor.  
This clean and pet-friendly apartment benefits from ample storage space and modern interiors, as well as Wifi and comfort cooling are at hand.  
  
The voluminous open plan living and dining area benefits from ample natural light and views out towards the neighbourhood, as well as beautiful wooden flooring. With its charming six-seater dining table and fresh, cosy sofa area this is the perfect place to dine, relax and work from home.  
  
The prestigious building of 4B Merchant Square is located waterside by the newly developed Paddington Basin.  
  
Shopping destinations including Oxford Street, Regent Street, Marylebone High street and Connaught Village are located within a ten-minute radius, whilst the green open spaces of Hyde Park are also nearby.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE:  
1\. Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.   
2\. Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it\`s payable before arrival.   
3\. For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required.
