There are parks literally across the road. You can wander along the canal, look at the boats, have coffee in the park. All on your doorstep. It's a 5 min walk to the tube, which zips you into Central London in 20 minutes. There are loads of transport options. It's near Stratford, Olympic Park, Victoria Park, London Fields, Broadway Market and Whitechapel. IMPORTANT! We have two cats who are very well behaved and keep a low profile. The house is within walking distance of the tube and is very homey. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. During our visit it was hot but we stayed cool with open windows and fans provided by the host. I traveled with four friends and we all agreed we would stay here again.
