I mostly wish there was one more sofa so that we could feel more relaxed during down time hanging out in the home. The 2 bathrooms were clean, well stocked with tiny shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles. It was an easy check in process grabbing keys from the porter sitting at the front of the building 24/7\. The location was close to both the tube station (a 2-3 min walk) and bus station (even closer). It was well laid out and absolutely spotless. Alexandra kindly provides plug adaptors as well as a milk frother for morning coffee. The washing machine and heated drying rack were also very useful. We loved the location - is full of great little shops (and a Gail's bakery!) - and it was a short tube or bus ride to everything we wanted to get to, or a reasonable walk to Notting Hill and Portobello Market.
