Communication with the owner and entry instructions were excellent. The apartment was welcoming and comfortable. We spent four very cold days in London, and every day, we looked forward to returning to our warm nest. Everything was perfect, including the location near multiple tube stops and the neighborhoods with many interesting shops and restaurants. Very spacious and looks just like the photos. Perfect for our family if 4\. Perfect location in South Kensington and 3 minute walk to closest tube station. It is the garden level apartment but still had light. Kitchen was well stocked and was nice to have another half bath when you walk in.
