In general it was a really good place to stay! The price was super good and Layal was very helpful whenever I had questions. There were a couple of minor things like we didn't know the kitchen was gonna be shared (our bad since we didnt read correctly the listing's description), but it ended up not being bad at all; and also the extractor from the bathroom wasn't working, so there was a lot of accumulated humidity, and since we stayed for 2 weeks, eventually there was mold in the ceiling (which we notified and were told it will get fixed, so all good there!).

The apartment itself was fine. It was clean and the bathroom quite large. Had all amenities like towels, toiletries and even a blow dryer and straightener . Instructions great but a little strange to access the key under the stairs (not sure how else they would give access though as you need several keys). Very close to bus stop and about 10 min walk to the tube. Also close to a Aldi grocery. Shared kitchen tiny but nice to put stuff in the fridge. The area seemed a little sketchy at first but as we came and went we really did not feel unsafe at all. The bed is a king but I don’t think it was air conditioned but the fan was going already when we arrived and it was fine (wasn’t super hot out that week). Overall this suite fit our needs of being close to Transport to see London.

The property claims to be an Elegant, Chic Retreat. Not one of those words were relevant. Check in required me (71) to bend down on my knees below a set of front stairs to retrieve the keys from lock box. (3 sets of keys) The room was bottom floor with a window out onto a street ( semi below street level) so that anyone walking past looked straight in. Totally 'see through' blind on window with no block out capability. Night lights shining in window, no privacy, Early sun rise shining in window! Just a fitted sheet on the bed, no top sheet but 3/4 throw blanket welcomed us. Why is it these second rate establishments think a quilt on the bed is the same as a top fitted quilt in a 5 star hotel. Cheap and nasty and I dont believe they are cleaned as ofyen as sheets would be. Loud Noise from some machine throughout the night and fightjng in the street in the early hours of the morning. Not Chic, Not Elegant and nothing close to a Retreat!
