Furnished high end, fully equipped with all the amenities you can dream of! (my primary residence until recently). You will also find everything you need for your baby/toddler (full size crib, additional floor mattress, baby chair, toys etc). Shops, restaurants, cinemas & Triyoga are downstairs. Enjoy! The space Charming super spacious flat in very trendy and upscale area, with a super large double living-room/dining room, 3 meters high ceiling and big windows, modern furnishing in a period flat. It is equipped to the max: A huge book library! Kitchen: rice cooker/steamer, blender, toaster and thousands kitchen stuffs Living-room: small TV, loads of books including for cooking, in english and french, office desk with laptop ready big screen station, fast wifi etc. Kids: baby-proof, fully Baby/toddler equipped as above. That also means it is not a minimalist rental flat but a functional full-timehome with all that comes with it, including some wear and tear on the carpet and around! Bedrooms: one super king size bed in main bedroom and additional single floor mattress if needed; one futon single bed + a full-size baby/toddler bed in the other bedroom. Other things to note Camera facing entrance door and main living room window, will be switched off after guests check-in. The Tv on the living room picture was broken and replaced by a smaller size TV. There is a working station (screen / desk) by the living room table for your use. She let us drop our bags early. The location is ok as Chelsea is lovely. Bear in mind you are going to have to take the bus to the subway to get anywhere you are going so plan on 45 minutes. The bus does stop right in front but it took us 45 minutes to get everywhere. The apartment is not well maintained. The lamp by our bed was covered in dust. The wall baseboards are covered in grime, they left us wet towels drying on a rack and pubic hair on the bathroom floor as well as trash in the garbage can. The owner mentions the carpets have spots but that doesn’t describe them. The carpets are filthy and probably haven’t been replaced in 15 years. The walls are a mess and there were cobwebs. We were booking last minute for London at half term and this was available at a price we wanted to pay so I guess you get what you book last minute. They didn’t even leave us any soap for the shower and the hand soap was almost out in the bathroom. They didn’t do anything special for your arrival. Often when I arrive at a rental, the host has left a bottle of wine or a loaf of bread . There was open food on the counter like an open box of oatmeal and all the tea boxes were wide-open. It was just gross. There wasn’t very much toilet paper either. It was disheveled. ##### Lynette A.
