Arranged over four spacious floors, the home features a private courtyard, portable electric sauna (available on request), and a fully equipped loft office designed for both productivity and relaxation.

Designed for comfort and quality throughout, it includes a Tempur king bed with optional Tempur pillows, air conditioning in the bedroom and office, and beautifully finished bathrooms with jet features for a more spa-like experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully appointed with Smeg appliances, an espresso machine with fresh grounds, a Nespresso machine, and a blende, ideal for both everyday living and longer stays.

The loft space also offers room to unwind, with a sofa, TV, and space for light exercise (yoga mat provided). A projector is available on request for a more relaxed, home cinema-style experience.
