The apartment itself was very quiet, spacious and really clean. Craig was very responsive and amenable as a host. This will be our go to place when needing to be in west London. ##### Danielle N. We booked here due to proximity to the Knightsbridge tube and safety in the area, but the high end street is a bit more sterile than some other neighborhood locations may be. Overall fantastic location. Pros: location, building is very nice, doormen were kind and helpful. Cons: the electrical panel regularly short circuits, so lights would go out and the shower wouldn't turn on as its on a fancy electrical dial. Once we realized, we kept a chair by the panel and could hop up and flip the breakers when needed. Also, not perfect for kids as the apartment is built for a very tall human. Small detail but with only one bathroom - our feet dangled while on the toilet, we couldn't see ourselves in the bathroom mirror, shower step is very high.Lastly, I was forced to pay via the app to "request" early check in, and upon arrival spoke to a nice person who eagerly arranged to let us in. No one had recently been there, so better and faster communication would have helped me, but I was able to request a refund for that money.Highly recommend for adults, girls trip or something similar! ##### Kimberly F.
