Also, a short 10-minute walk to Holloway Road Tube, this bright and quiet apartment sits in a stylish new building with access to a large, peaceful community garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, both bedrooms have blackout blinds, underfloor heating is provided, and a washer/tumble dryer is included. To make your stay even smoother, I provide complimentary tea, coffee, and a starter pack of toiletries, plus essentials like washing-up supplies, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If you need extras, the nearest convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away. Guest access Guests have complete access to the entire property. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
