Nice hotel and good grill and room service. Parking can be hard to get into at rush hour and driving in the area is challenging with many tiny single lane two way roads for being so urban. Reception our first days was not helpful at all with questions and issues with all three of our rooms heaters being hot and unable to turn off, and one room with a stuck window, but upon checkout the receptionists were very nice. Rooms smelled of perfume and windows opened to the smoking area below. It was clean and suited out needs for one night though.

On arrival, keycards did not work and weren’t working for the rest of the day so you had to be escorted to the room each time. Staff in the Sprts Bar were very unaccommodating and just shouted ‘we’re full!’ Only used as a one nighter before flying out but won’t be using this hotel again

A very pleasant airport hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are large,well furnished and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. It is such a pity that the central area with the pool and bar is closed and I hope the management will bring this back to life soon.

Unfortunately, we were expecting the pool, pool side bar, and the middle area of the hotel to be open, which was the largest factor in our decision to book this hotel. However, it was closed we were told for "covid times." For reference, our stay was in March of 2024, when anything closed for "covid" is just a lackluster, facade to save a buck on operating expenses and have "the pandemic" to blame. We would've liked to have known that the area was closed, since it did not indicate that anywhere on the website. Additionally, something to make up for the inconvenience would have been nice, but none was offered. The hotel itself was nice, clean, awesome shower, and a great breakfast, we were just disappointed in the non-communicated closure of the pool and bar area.

Booked this hotel for the pool and the tropical space with lounge, none of which was open and hasn’t been for a while, please remove from your site or upgrade the facility so this space can be utilized. Booked a family suite and only 2 towels provided for a family of four. Information on the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport is not available on their site, after a bunch of googling was able to find the information, but for a family of 4 it was more affordable to take a taxi.

Nice Indian restaurant on site. My room was very dark with a small window and a nothing view. No hot water in the morning. Also, there’s only one normal power socket on the opposite side of the room to the bed. All other power sockets in the room are non-UK type… in London!

Quick, pleasant check in. Lovely large room with comfortable bed and good linen. Unfortunately air conditioning controls had been badly damaged so we couldn’t control it and the room was far too hot. We paid for 24 hours parking. We popped out for a while and found parking on our return difficult.

Having to pay for shuttle service, to and from ($28 pounds each way), does NOT make this a viable location. Might as well stay elsewhere at a better location since we have to pay either way for airport transportation.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for its facilities, however when we got there we found out the pool isn’t open which was quite annoying as it is advertised online, staff weren’t has helpful as they could’ve been however the hotel was clean and gym facilities were okay.

Very handy airport hotel!
Only stayed one night between flights. What I saw was very nice but a little dated in places. Check in very good, very good room, great sports bar, decent gym, nice undercover pool, bar area which was unfortunately closed during my stay. Most important, there is easy access to a number of buses that will have you at the heathrow terminal 2/3 central bus station within 7/10 minutes dependind on time of day.

Our first room was good but unfortunately there was a leak in the bathroom so we were moved to a slightly smaller room which had only 1 bedside table in the middle of 2 double beds for the 3 of us. We had to call maintenance again to sort out the TV and a non working lamp in the second room. The fact none of the room telephones were working meant we had to physically go down to reception every time. Very clean and comfortable beds so no complaints there, we were only there for 1 night.

I booked this hoping for the 4 star property. Sadly it was old and tired. Cracked floor tile in the bathroom, furniture all scratched and dented, cablkes lying around, wardrobe doors that wouldn't shut, stain on the carpet, beaten up old bin in the bathroom, muck behind the bathroom door and and fluff in the sink! All in all a very disappointing room. The staff and the food however we're wonderful! Sadly though I couldn't recommend it because of the very tired room.
