The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we discovered that the sofa bed wouldn’t unfold, the gentleman at reception promptly arranged a folding bed as an alternative, which we really appreciated. However, the room lacked air conditioning—only fans were provided—so we had to keep the windows open at night.
