Very poor communication. A number of things were not working: very difficult to get into the front door (took us an hour after an overnight flight and we were exhausted), lockbox to get apartment key would not open, wall thermometer did not work and apartment was super hot/stuffy, safe did not work. Both the wall thermometer and safe only needed new batteries, which we informed guestservices right away (by email, only way to communicate). Both were not fixed until Thursday (we checked in on Sunday). Living room couch was very small and uncomfortable.
