This classic colourful Notting Hill house is home to a peaceful and spacious private garden flat.

Located one street away from the heart of Portobello Road market, and all its shops, restaurants and bars.

Walk in to a large living room featuring a bay window that floods the room with natural light, a large original feature fire place, a beautiful ceiling rose and gloriously high ceilings providing grandeur to the room.

The double bedroom has a peaceful feel with a quiet garden aspect and features ample built-in storage. In between the bedroom and living room is the bathroom, then down a few steps to the kitchen come dining room situated at the rear of the flat.

The kitchen leads directly into the decked private garden which has a calming water feature under a beautiful magnolia tree and outside seating on the decking, perfect for a morning coffee! There is also a fire pit and bbq on request.

Great location

We loved the apartment. It was exactly as described. It is on a busy road but the noise did not disturb us. It was close to the subway, Portobello road markets, lots of great restaurants and lots of lovely parks around for walks and beautiful houses to see.

Lovely flat, but very loud

It is a nice flat in a grand area (Notting Hill). However, the living room serves as a bedroom as well and is definitely not suitable. It is extremely loud because it faces a very busy street and the windows are very drafty. It was almost impossible to get a good night´s sleep - even with earplugs. Definitely only recommendable for two people - the sleeping room in the rear part of the flat is nice, cosy and quiet. So, for me it was stressful and disappointing!
