No service included (which was already expected) but with 3 important downsides : 1\. Cleaning Fee and Deposit required and not communicated before the reservation was confirmed and paid ... 2\. Apartment on the 3rd Floor, with no lift. More than 60 steps with no previous notice ... 3\. For 3 people, it was required to use a sofa-bed that has occupied the whole living room living no space to anything else. It is just enough for a couple.
