Newly renovated, modern style, spacious and cosy space close to Central London. Perfect for visitors looking to discover the best parts of London, or mid-week workers travelling from out of town. Easy access to public transport, including 5-minute walk to Queen’s Park underground and overground station. The space Fully equipped Kitchen There is a fully equipped separate kitchen, which has everything if you want to stay in and cook instead of eating out. \- Plates, mugs, glasses, knives, saucepans, cutlery, bowls, wooden spoons \- Kettle and Toaster- Fridge / Freezer \- Oven and Hob \- Washing Machine 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed All hotel quality linen and towels are provided and there's ample storage for clothes... even if you end up shopping for more. 1 Bathroom The bathroom has a bathtub (with integrated shower), toilet and sink. Also provided are free toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls) \- Iron and Ironing board \- Hangers, Hairdryer. Our property is cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible. The lounge gives you an attractive and relaxing place to kick back. There’s a dining table that sits four, and a large and comfortable sofa and footstool in front of a large TV. Roof terrace with table, sun lounger and view of the city. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it. No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. Pass the Keys® is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Airbnb. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. Clean and updated furnishings, large TV, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The bad: you enter a building with 3 unmarked doors and several keys with NO instructions about which apartment to try the keys in. The bed was NOT a KING bed as advertised--it's a queen. Toilet seat was unattached and slipped around during use; an easy fix. No microwave, which would have made things easier. Changing the posting re: bed size and minor interior adjustments would make this great. ##### Stacy F.
