Enjoy modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious bathroom with shower, a cosy bedroom area, and a private balcony. Take advantage of Free Parking, super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and Smart TV. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Orpington Hospital and Shopping Centre are also within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE: There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing. If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.
