I spent the entire three-days trip without shower, little hot water, dirty and dusty flat as we got itching I and my kids besides home appliances weren’t working and extremely bad service and staff.

The property is very convenient for Euston station, a 15 min walk, and the Northern Line tube. property was large with plenty of space and in ok condition. Property lacked some basic amenities, with just one hand soap supplied. Bad water leak in the master bath directly over the toilet, clearly been there for sometime. Damp smell. Internet was intermittent, lucky I had my own device to use. Master bed had previously had a smoker in the room even though its meant to be non smoking. be careful of £40 meet and greet charge if you wish to meet at the property, was not totally clear to me (even though renter said they had informed me, and they had, but confused it with the cleaning fee), and also a £40 cleaning charge. In my eyes both are excessive. Property seemed safe. One other thing the property was quite warm inside, no aircon; so if you get hot at night you need to use supplied fans and leave windows open.

Clean close to transport
The apartment was very clean and quiet. It was close to the tube and only a few stops to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was well equipped and our only comment is that for 6 people another lounge would have been nice. The 6 of us were really impressed and would recommend.

The property was nowhere near the picture provided in expedia. It was a very old building with stairs to the fourth and fifth floors, very dark, little space, not appropriate for children. It was a scam for tourists.

Great location
Very great location. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is the check-in location being far away from the apartment and check out time 10am was too early. Anyway the staff were good and provided quick responses to our inquiries.

Was not given apartment that wasn’t promised in photos and at a different location. No elevator, and a top floor flat that I had to struggle to carry luggages up and down with. Neighbors below smoked weed every night which we could smell. Was not a homely luxurious feel as per the photos. Will never book wit them again.

Worst Stay ever
Worst stay ever for us. They do not tell you the exact details of the apartment till the time you checkin and then it looks nothing like the pictures they sold you. The apartment on Maple St. is on the 3rd level with narrow staircase to go up, a three bedroom apartment has one toilet (private bathroom in the description means, you dont have to share it with other apartments!!) There is of course no cleaning and place lacks basic hygiene. We tried to move out earlier of our 6 day stay and they would refuse to refund the balance amount as well and we eventually had to check out earlier as the bathrooms started clogging of water and it would seep down to the floor below!!!

Great apartment great location
Higly recomended! We loved the apartment and it was exactly what we needed for family with 2 adults and 3 childrens\teenagers. We had every thing we needed in the apartmnet and the location was great (Goodge tube in 4 minute walking, restaurants all around and supermarket as well; Oxford street 10 minutes walking etc.) The only minor disadvantage is that checkin is not on the same location as the apartment but we asket the taxi to wait and it took only few minutes ( check out can be made from the apartment)

Good option with some caveats
The apartment office is NOT where the apartments are located. This is disclosed in the fine print but is key to know and understand. Our apartment was in a great location near the tube and the British Museum. Downsides were the overall cleanliness of the apartment was mediocre. Water stained drapes, filth under the beds. As an apartment they did not provide shampoo or anything staple related in the kitchen. Specifically no salt or pepper or sugar so you will need to account for this. There were no face towels provided and a half roll of TP. Having to shop for toilet paper and shampoo on my vacation was annoying at this price point. Check out time is at 10am which meant the cleaners we're ringing the doorbell at 9an. Again, annoying.

We were a group of 3 people and stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a well equipped, modern, clean and spacious flat. The only issue was that there was only 1 toilet/bathroom/shower and no separate toilet, which makes mornings a little inconvenient.

Good apartment, check in at different location
After booking i recived an email to confirm check in was at a different location. This meant going to Camden station which is a bit of a pain when lugging a suitcase about. You also have to pay the £40 cleaning fee by cash, separate to the booking. The apartment was large, 3 bedrooms on two floors. It was clean, sparsely decorated with stains on carpet in en suite bedroom. Pillows were lumpy even checked the other bedrooms but all the same. Close to tube. I would stay at the apartment again providing I only had a small suitcase to allow for going to the different check in location. They also hand wrote my credit card details for security on paper as didn't pre authorise the card - they said the details would be locked away and shredded after I stayed. I did press them to confirm they would be securely locked away as have had several credit card fraud issues before so nervous about having card details written down.

Pros: The location was relatively central. The apartment was clean and had lots of space. Cons: Checking in at different tube station was a big hassle given our luggage. The beds in the apartment were way to small. It advertised "sleeps 6", but really should have been sleeps 3. We have 3 small children, and even the two 9 year olds were cramped sleeping together (two adults sharing one of those beds was not pleasant). Also, the DVD player didn't work. Generally not a big deal, but we bought a CD about the Battle of Britain and not being able to watch it was disappointing.

Very pleasing
I cannot fault the apartment itself in any way nor the ease with which we obtained the keys (obtained from a different location). We were a family of four (2 adults & 2 teenagers) and this apartment provided enough space and comfort for us all. Within walking distance of the British Museum, transport and many places to eat/drink - the Marlborough Arms is a very short distance away on Torrington Pl and has good food and a great atmosphere. The only negative thing I can say is the address of the apartment we stayed in was different to the address received in the booking confirmation. The booking stated the apartment to be in Huntley St, however, the apartment we stayed in was in Ridgemount Street (a block away).

The place to be!
We got a 2 floor apt. at Ridgmount st. , it was a free upgrade that was highly appreciated. the place itself was in top condition and comfortable. 10 minutes walk from Oxford St. 2 minutes from Tottenham st. with Supermarkets and restaurants all over. you can't bit that location. Dream vacation! One thing to improve is the door hold thing that doesn't work.

The location of the apartment is good. It only takes a few minutes to Goodge Street station and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However, there are some stairs in Goodge Street Station which is not convenient to heavy luggage. Besides, this apartment needs to check-in and check-out in Camden Town where is 4 stations apart from the apartment and the check-out time is 10am, it is a bit not convenient and quite early

Appartement très très bien situé et spacieux. Il est tout à fait satisfaisant même si il ne correspond pas aux photographies du site de réservation. En revanche, la propreté laisse parfois à désirer pour la literie. Enfin, ayant été retardés par un départ tardif de notre avion, nois avons appelé pour préciser que nous ne serions présents qu'à 20h. Nous sommes arrivés avec 5 minutes de retard, on nous a réclamé pour ces 5 minutes 50 livres de pénalités. Nous avons refusé de payer. Le lendemain, on nous a de nouveau solliciter pour payer ces 50 livres (heureusement que la carte de credit avait expiré car il avait essayé de debiter la somme directement sur notre compte) en nous menaçant de nous mettre dehors avec les enfants 😡😡😡 et moi en fauteuil. Puis, on nous a raccroché au nez. Nous avons ensuite reçu un sms nous disant qu il voulait bien qu on ne paie que 20 livres pour 5 minutes de retard, ce que nous avons fait par peur d'être mis dehors. Ce manque de professionalisme à ce sujet est à denoncer d autant plus que si vous voulez récupérer les clés à l appartement vous devez déjà payer 40 livres. C est dommage et ne reflete absolument pas l accueil que nous avons eu à Londres qui lui a été bienveillant vis à vis de notre famille et de mon handicap.

Var en vennegjeng på 7 jenter som reiste hit i 3 netter. Utrolig dårlig service av de vi møtte når vi var for å hente nøklene. Ingen renhold hele oppholdet. Kun 1 håndkle per person for 3 netter. Æsj! Beliggenheten er nydelig! 5 min å gå til Oxford street.

Dårlige senger. Lite søvn grunnet nær avstand til sykehus. Sirene hele natten og lite isolerte vinduer. Ellers grei beliggenhet. Stort, men bare en 2-seter i stuen, som i tillegg var reiseseng. Når sengen var i bruk var det 1 stol foruten stoler til spisestue.

Vi var helt nöjda. Fanns utrymme att röra sig i lägenheten. Två sovrum, ett vardagsrum, kök och badrum. Bekvämt läge med livsmedelsaffärer och restauranger samt tunnelbanestationen i närheten. Lungt område. Tyst på natten. Enda synpunkt i så fall var att det var ett litet projekt att hämta nyckeln från kontoret.
