Maximum precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests. Rooms are well aired, bedsheets and linen are washed at high temperatures, all surfaces are cleaned and then sanitised and we are mindful of other health and safety considerations such as supplying hand sanitiser, hand soap and single use amenities. Newly renovated, the apartment is furnished in contemporary style to a high standard. The renovation includes new oak wood floors, new king size bed, new kitchen units, sound proof double pane windows, large wall mounted tv and new bathroom that features a Japanese style toilet. Luxury standards, portered secure building, amazing location in central london with easy access to bus (stop is just outside the building) and tube stations within a short walk- nearest tube stations are Kensington High street and Notting Hill. This is an ideal apartment to stay at. Prior to the renovation in 2018, guests boasted what a great location it was and a charming flat. Now it is renovated and up to 5 star standards in quality. Fresh and clean bedlinen and towels included- close to public transport- one king bed and a pull out sofa- No smoking. Supermarket as well as Whole Foods both two minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area. This area is amazing. It offers you an endless choice of places to eat and you are neighbours with Prince William and Princess Kate. Kensington Gardens is a couple minutes walk away. Check in after 2, check out by 9 am. It’s a quiet and beautiful neighborhood - nice for a stroll and cool, traditional pubs. Lina the property manager is extremely responsive, organized and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and would recommend this to any single, couple or small family like ours. Ideal location from city center, upscale, clean and quiet area. Near to Kensington Palace, restaurants, pubs, churches and even Whole Foods. Access to Tour buses within 10/15 walking distance. The flat was completely adequate for a couple and in a secure building. Lina, the property manager was superb - before and during stay. Convenient to two Tube stops (High Street Kensington and Notting Hill Gate) and buses #9 and #10; all of London was open to me. A footpath took me right into Kensington Palace Gardens, which were a delight to spend time in. Lina was friendly and helpful (especially one night when a fuse blew and she came right over). The kitchen and table to eat at is quite small, but worked for re-heating and refrigeration, and that was all I required. I’d definitely stay here again. ##### Barbara B. A very comfortable bed and seating area furnished the main room, with lots of storage room. The building, with a doorman on duty, is equally convenient to Notting Hill and Kensington High Street underground stations, with a bus stop just outside and within an easy walk to coffee shoos, restaurants and shopping. A short five minute walk brought us into leafy Kensington Gardens. Lina had thought of every traveler’s need, down to a sewing kit! Her communications made us feel welcome before and throughout our visit. She and her assistant could not have been more helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient London location. The place is clean and well laid out. The bed is comfortable and towels are luxurious! Lina has thought of everything you might need. The building is very secure and quiet with a porter. It’s close to a very vibrant area of town but with no street noise. I run a vrbo condo in the USA which is always rated 5 star by guests and I picked up some tips from Lina’s flat that I will use to improve my own. Tip 1\. It’s a slightly further walk to Notting Hill Gate tube but it’s an easier walk and a better tube line. Tip 2\. Churchill Arms pub just up Kensington Church Road is a beautiful pub. Tip 3\. La Fortuna Italian restaurant next door is amazing with super charming staff. I highly recommend this flat for your London stay and we will definitely book here for our future trips to London. ##### Neal H.
