About this property

Newly Renovated Studio Notting Hill/Kensington, Wifi and near Hyde Park

  • This property is thoroughly cleaned and then thoroughly sanitised.
    Maximum precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests. Rooms are well aired, bedsheets and linen are washed at high temperatures, all surfaces are cleaned and then sanitised and we are mindful of other health and safety considerations such as supplying hand sanitiser, hand soap and single use amenities.

    Newly renovated, the apartment is furnished in contemporary style to a high standard. The renovation includes new oak wood floors, new king size bed, new kitchen units, sound proof double pane windows, large wall mounted tv and new bathroom that features a Japanese style toilet. Luxury standards, portered secure building, amazing location in central london with easy access to bus (stop is just outside the building) and tube stations within a short walk- nearest tube stations are Kensington High street and Notting Hill. This is an ideal apartment to stay at. Prior to the renovation in 2018, guests boasted what a great location it was and a charming flat. Now it is renovated and up to 5 star standards in quality. Fresh and clean bedlinen and towels included- close to public transport- one king bed and a pull out sofa- No smoking. Supermarket as well as Whole Foods both two minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area. This area is amazing. It offers you an endless choice of places to eat and you are neighbours with Prince William and Princess Kate. Kensington Gardens is a couple minutes walk away.
    Check in after 2, check out by 9 am. We always try to accommodate special requests.

This flat was a great find in Kensington. Very quiet and in a secure building. Just down the road from Notting Hill. Easy to get a cab to go into the city centre. We got there during the heat wave and I was concerned it would be too hot, but it was a cool space. Lina was very responsive and answered questions immediately. She sent videos on where to access keys, use the W/D etc. If/when I’m back, I’d stay there again.

Very centrally located near Circle Line—10 minutes walk. Clean and modern. Great bed and quiet. Best part was the host, Lina, who was very responsive. Grocery and several nice restaurants nearby. Nice washer/dryer. We would stay there again in a minute!

This is a beautiful flat in a great part of the city. Clean, modern, and comfortable, it’s close to good restaurants, super markets, and two tube stations that give easy access to all of London. Highly recommended.

We were in London for 8 days and Lina’s apartment was,a perfect fit for us. Communication was easy and clear. She was there to greet us and to show us the amenities of the apartment which was well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. The apartment proved to be a great location for easy access to the tube and in walking distance for so many parks, shops, restaurants and places of historical signifcance. Lina supplied us with sufficient fresh fruits, coffee, tea, bread and other supplies to get us started on our 8 day stay in London. Lina’s flat is in a lovely, safe Kensington neighborhood and is a stone’s throw away from good breakfast places as well as Whole Foods market. Little touches such as providing two converters were greatly appreciated, as what the attentiveness of the building’s concierges. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed with our two kids and loved having this as our home base. It was very thoughtfully supplied with little things to make our stay nicer and easier like outlet adapters, maps, shampoos, children’s books, etc. It was clean and comfortable. Facilities were wonderful for a one week stay in London. Close to 2 Tube stops, right next to Kensington Palace Gardens. Shopping, groceries and restaurants within a few blocks. Great Location!

Stayed for a week with our 12 year old daughter. The apartment was very comfortable and well supplied. The owner was very helpful. Highlights included just a short walk to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. There are 2 tube stations within walking distance, which made it very convenient for getting around. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Kensington Gardens at Your Doorstep

We had a wonderful stay at Lina's flat. Lina was an excellent host--the apartment was perfect and had all the comforts of home. The location was so close to Kensington Gardens that we did not even have to cross a street to enter the Gardens. The neighborhood is lively with shops, good restaurants and easy access to buses and London underground. We highly recommend this apartment.
