Our room with the New Kent Apartments was small but perfect for the two of us. It was well appointed and was in a great neighbourhood. The check in staff were very helpful and patient. I would recommend the New Kent Apartments.

First night was a terrible.... nextdoor was having some party and very loud until 4am the next night we were at work , when I got back at approximately 7am I went to check out and reception was closed and room 15 was is in total darkness I checked the fusebox with the torch on my phone and nothing was out of place

not worth the money !! Stay away !!
I had booked this hotel as I was in London for work, I started work at 7am in the morning and had booked 2 night’s with this hotel, unfortunately I couldn’t even sleep as the walls are far too thin and I can hear the neighbour screaming and shouting, I had complained but there was no action, wouldn’t waste my time here again.

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel is centrally located. Close to hyde park, close to the main tube stations, which makes its location even more convenient. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. You get everything you need in the apartment to have a pleasant stay.

Fabulous Stay
My boyfriend & I had an amazing stay! Everything was clean, room was spacious enough for two people, & the service was awesome. Really close to Bayswater & Queensway tube and a lot of cute dinner places around. Highly recommend if you want to be close to Hyde Park and Kensington gardens!

Reception area was dirty and had stains on the walls behind the desk. The room was not one that was in any of the pictures, and was not matching in cleanliness or order. The bed was not comfortable and there were stains on the ceiling. My wife went to use the restroom only to find out the toilet seat was not attached, and it came off. The bathroom did not have soap. We notified the front desk and asked for our money back, as we were not going to stay there after that. We were initially offered a different room, but we were past that point. I was given this email address to inquire about a refund(reservations@newkentaparts.com), but after two emails since December 30, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. I would suggest not staying at this hotel.

Disappointing so will not be returning
Positive - Maintenance and the cleaner were friendly. Negatives - Website did not mention anything about deposit When checking in, I was asked for my Passport and Credit card. I noticed the guy at Reception typing in the information contained on the front and back my card. I queried this and was advised that it was for the damage deposit for the sum of £200. He further explained that it is very rare that they would activate the damage deposit and that he would not be taking a deposit from my card. I advised him of my concerns about him having access to the security code at the back of my card. He advised that the information he took has been encrypted so he no longer has access to it. I remained concerned. The Kitchen area was very nice and well appointed but the rest of the room was very basic and underwhelming. One of the handles on the window was broken and the sash windows did not remain open unless it was positioned quite high. I then had problems closing the window. The bed was very low, boxed in a wooden frame. There was a piece of wood missing from on of the legs. The bathroom mirror appeared smeared at the edges and there were several long dark hairs on the bed when I removed the pillow. Clean sheets were promptly ordered for my room. When I removed the bed sheets, there was no mattress protector and the mattress had a large stain.. Hotel.com. are currently dealing with my concerns about my credit card details and my rights. They were very supportive.

Sauberkeit war mehr schlecht als recht, ein bisschen neue Farbe hätte dem Raum nicht geschadet. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung,nur das Badezimmer war sehr klein.

Bueno en general un sitio acorde con la relación calidad precio nada extraordinario pero bueno tampoco me puedo quejar nada demasiado malo muy buena ubicación y muy buena elección si pretendes ir a Londres y estar bien ubicado sin importar las comunidades Y si No vas a pasar mucho tiempo dentro del sitio donde vas a dormir pero bueno ubicación la vale

Al nostro arrivo vi era una receptionist molto garbata, che parlava anche molto bene in italiano. La posizione è fantastica a due minuti a piedi sia dalla metro Bayswater che Queensway. La stanza nel suo insieme piccola, ma sufficiente per sette giorni in 2 solo che le pareti sono davvero molto sottili e nella stanza si sente tutto ciò che avviene fuori. L’armandio non è provvisto di grucce per gli abiti, ne di una staffa per poggiarle, anche per i giubbini che toglievamo una volta rientrati non vi era nessun gancio per poggiarli lì quindi abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci La pulizia è ok, ma si potrebbe migliorare. La cucina è fornita di alcune pentole (circa 3) e posate, bicchieri, piatti e tazze in numero di 2. Ovviamente questo è l’unico equipaggiamento della cucina, il resto non c’è ( un panno per il lavandino, qualcosa per asciugare i piatti, sale, zucchero, olio..)

Oj, oj att sådant boende får finnas på Hotels.com
Låt inte någon betala för detta. Trasiga saker i mängd. Åtgärdas inte trots vänlig förfrågan. Det är så nära ett råtthål man kan komma och vi har gjort många, många resor över tid. Tag omedelbart bort detta från boendealternativen. Med vänlig hälsning att vårt boende nu i Paris är utmärkt och det är ändå samma kostnadsnivå.
