A nice flat, pretty much as advertised, communication with the manager was good, a little bit lonely at night to walk, need a couple of simple improvements, very nice in general.
Marco and crew are among the most attentive managers we have had the pleasure of dealing with. The flat is not luxurious, as is stated, but perfectly fine with comfortable bed, sofa, etc. The location is excellent with a note that it is right under the Overground, but which didn't bother us at all. The outside of the building could use work. We will happily use this property again when staying in this area. We are rating this 5* based on our overall experience and with grateful thanks to Marco.
Delightful stay at this lovely flat in Camden with my wife and kids, recently refurbished - much better than the actual pics, great design with a fireplace that is not shown in pics.
Location couldn't have been better, in very quiet residential area only a5-10min the vibrant center of Camden, the bustling markets , it provided convenient access to all the local attractions and amenities.There are a lot of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Moreover, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the living space was spacious with a large comfortable sofa bed for our children.
Host's incredible support and responsiveness. They were quick to respond and provided detailed instructions for check-in, making the process seamless. They were always available to assist with any queries and ensured we had everything we needed.

The two weeks my husband and I spent in Marco’s Camden flat flew by as we travelled all over London on one of the many Camden Road buses. In the neighbourhood we loved the High Street’s M&S Food Hall bakery, the Chicken and leek pie and Wednesday Quiz Nights at the Colonel Fawcett pub, and the ease of transit whether by tube, overland or bus.
The apartment had a comfortable bed and sleeper sofa with top quality sheets and towels. There was plentiful hot water and good water pressure for our showers. The appliances are all full size, but we only used the fridge and microwave. (I don’t cook when I’m on vacation.) Do pack ear plugs, though, if you’re a light sleeper as there is another holiday rental flat above you. Thanks go to Marco and his team for quickly responding to all of our questions.
We found the flat to be in a pretty dodgy area and the front of the flat had garbage on the footpath and overall looked shabby. We also had to make a stop before to pickup the keys from a convenience store which was weird as we were expecting someone to be there to meet us.
The heat was a problem also with it being very cold in the main bedroom, the radiator got barely hot enough and we were pretty cold throughout the night.
The location is central though with just a few minutes walk to the tube station and on a central line which was convenient.
The host was as helpful as he could be and was communicative but the lack of heat in the bedroom and the shabbiness of the exterior are dealbreakers for us.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 10-day stay in London. The apartment is modern, cozy, and very comfortable for two people. We had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for walking to the tube, grocery stores, and restaurants. Highly recommend!
The property was clean and the hosts were gracious enough to allow us to check in early. We flew early in the morning so this was a great bonus!We had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay. There were some great restaurants close by as well as a small market to grab some essentials.Would definitely book again.Casa Tua Camden was an amazing little Italian restaurant and only 2 mins away.Selene Persian& Grill Restaurant was within 4 mins and was great as well!
The space was as advertised. Great location and amenities. Check in and check out procedures were very straightforward and the hosts provided lots of clear guidance about the property. One recommendation for the owners - I’d highly suggest putting a table or additional towel rack or hook in the bathroom. Not much counter space in there! Overall, great home base for a London trip for a couple or small group!
Had a very pleasant 9 night stay in colourful, vibrant Camden Town—the host Marco and his team are very accommodating, responsive & provided excellent guidance & detailed information from the booking to check-out. The flat was very clean, with comfortable bed, ample towels and sheets, fully equipped kitchen, and good-sized rooms. Ample restaurants, cafes, pubs, grocery stores, convenience stores with quick & easy access to public transportation (tubes & buses). As a solo female traveller l felt at ease walking alone even at night. Close to Regents Park and a few steps to the Grand Union Canal. Thank you Marco for being an excellent host. Would definitively stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Camden Town! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the start. The location was incredibly convenient — just a short walk to both the Overground and Tube stations, making it easy to get around London. It’s also just minutes away from Camden Market, so there was always something exciting to explore nearby. The 1 BR flat is in a block of 3 other flats in Camden just off Royal College Street (nice pub) and short walk to Camden tube station Northern Line giving quick access to all of central London. AS a single female, I felt very safe in the area. The flat is fresh, clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Sainsbury's and M&S are easy walking distance for getting groceries. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this flat again.

We discovered this large cosmopolitan and lively city with great pleasure. We greatly appreciated the blend of past and present architecture, which is very well done. We are very eager to return and explore other places that we didn’t have time to visit, especially the beautiful and grand museums.The accommodation in Camden was perfect for this week of discovery.
This apartment was perfect for me and my two close friends, as long as two adults are okay sharing a bed and having the third person sleep on the pull out couch bed. Check in process can seem tedious with the documentation but Marco and team are very commmunicative and helpful throughout the process leading up to and during the stay!
