It is located on a peaceful road just 5 minutes from Kentish Town tube station and spread across two levels; the ground floor features the entrance, a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient toilet. On the lower ground floor are two bedrooms with king-size beds—one with a private ensuite and the other with easy access to a separate bathroom. Enjoy Fibre WiFi throughout the space. Ground Floor: \- Entrance \- Open-plan living room and kitchen with dining table, Smart TV, and sofa \- Guest toilet Lower Ground Floor: \- Bedroom 1: UK King-size bed (200 x 150 cm), wardrobe, bedside tables, ensuite bathroom \- Bedroom 2: UK King-size bed (200 x 150 cm), desk and chair, large wardrobe. \- Second bathroom Additional Features: \- High-speed WiFi \- Stylish modern decor and cosy seating area \- Underfloor heating with room-specific control (No A/C) PLEASE NOTE! The host was very attentive to our needs. The accommodation itself was very clean and 5 star quality. Lots of space for lounging and the three bathrooms are a definite bonus. The extra hand towels were and soaps available were a nice touch. This is a mainfloor unit. The bedrooms are a level down with many stairs. I point this out as it was a surprise for us and my daughter just had knee surgery and I have very bad knee arthritis so the stairs were a challenge. If you have no joint issues then it would not be an issue. I bring it up in case you do have, then this is important to know. One recommendation I’d make is that hooks or towel bars be put in the bathrooms for the hand towels. We highly recommend this accommodation and it made our stay in London extra enjoyable. Location also great.
