It is located on a peaceful road 15 minutes from Camden Town. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor, and the 2 bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. The flat is equipped with amenities like a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The living area has a sofa, dining table, chairs, and a Smart TV. Fiber WiFi is available throughout. ENTRANCE: The entrance is on the ground floor, where the kitchen, open-plan living room and half toilet are located. OPEN PLAN LIVING and KITCHEN: \- A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, oven, kettle, and a toaster. \- An open living area with a comfy sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table with six chairs and a floor lamp. BEDROOM 1 / ENSUITE: \- Features a King-size bed (200cm x 150cm), a wardrobe, a desk with a 27-inch monitor, and bedside lamps. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub. BEDROOM 2 / ENSUITE: \- Features a Double bed (190cm x 135cm), a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a window. Ensuite bathroom with shower. All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. PLEASE NOTE: Kentish Town tube station will be closed until summer 2024. The closest tube stations are: \- Camden Town: 17 minutes walking distance or 5 mins bus ride; \- Tufnell Park: 15 minutes walking distance or 5 mins bus ride. PLEASE NOTE!
