The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is backyard-facing and furnished with a double bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink accessible via hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. The location was amazing—right across the road from St George train station—so it was very easy to get around. Even though it was close to everything, the area still felt calm and safe. The apartment was bigger than I expected for a 1-bedroom in London, and it looked recently refurbished. It was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and all the furniture felt good quality. Picking up the keys was easy and only a short walk away. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and helpful throughout my stay. The deposit was returned fast, which I really appreciated. ##### Denis M.
