Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Hi The apartment and the bed full of bugs the balcony view on the Garbage containers from all the restaurants around the building I paid 4 days before I arrive and the host refused to give me the keys until he get new email from hotels.com One thing is good only the location
