There are 45 steps from the street level to the apartment door. There is no elevator. Spacious and central yet secluded. Located in the very centre of Mayfair in a house built in 1729, it is the earliest surviving house in this area. Modernised in 1821 by Thomas Cubitt, the builder of Buckingham Palace. The main floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a UK King size bed, a walk-in closet, and a full private bathroom. The medium bedroom has a UK Double bed and built-in wardrobes. The small bedroom has a UK Double bed. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway. 14 steps take you to the upper floor. Here you will find an open space reception and dining room, a kitchen, and a large outdoor patio. Decorated in a traditional English style. Early Check-in: when possible, we can take your luggage earlier or offer you an earlier check-in. The property is in a great location with easy access to the usual London sites. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only down side is the stairs, which are plentiful and steep, but to be expected when staying in a 18th century property. Perfect location to see the sights that we wanted to visit and easy access to transportation around the area. Lovely neighborhood with many dining options within walking distance. The apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Very clean, good accommodation and we especially liked the outdoor seating area. Owners very helpful and responsive to questions.
