This was by far the worst experience.
The apartment wasn't cleaned by any means. There were blood stains and feces in the toilet, dirty towels on the floor and the bed wasn't done. I asked them to come and clean the unit, waited for 2 hours at no avail. They promised the world and delivered a nightmare. Property management doesn't happen in the office. It happens in the property. Put people where you need them to be, to clean and prepare the unit before the guests arrive. I even arrived late which gave you time to prepare the unit but you didn't. I told you the temperature was 16 degrees Celsius inside the apartment and after two hours nothing changed. You did nothing to fix it because you don't know the apartment and couldn't even tell me what to do to fix it... Terrible experience, all these "property management" companies are just a poor remote service that can do nothing but play on a computer with emails... Properties need cleaning and maintenance.. the Blinds are falling apart, the closet is in a monumental mess... bad all around...
