We felt safe in the apartment and in the neighborhood. The apartment was right between two nearby subway stops, and nearby a small Tesco and COOP food store. The apartment (unit 2) was well equipped, with a wonderful bed. Two issues came up- 1) the code to gain access to the apartment was emailed one hour before check-in, despite their email stating we would receive the code 24 hours in advance; this was a problem because we had trouble with our eSIM card, so we waited at Heathrow for the code, while solving our eSIM issues-we asked Viridian for the access information several times to no avail; 2) the apartment was relatively clean, except the area rug in the living room was stained, and there was a ring of black mold around the edge of the bathroom ceiling. We notified Viridian on day 2 of a 5 night stay, and they thanked us for this information. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near to the apartment. Check in and out was great. Minor issue - the aircon did not work in the bedroom. No corkscrew or wine bottle opener in the kitchen. Very small freezer section to fridge.
