THE BEDROOM has a Super King with an on-suite bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. THE LIVING ROOM includes a bar area with two stools, a dining table with four chairs as well as a cozy couch you can melt into at the end of a long day in front of a 65 inch Smart TV display. AL FRESCO DINING is also available on warmer days in the back terrace which also has a table and four chairs. The front patio is also a perfect spot to relax with a coffee or drink and bask in the afternoon sunshine. These two areas are exclusive to the property. GUEST ACCESS Entire lower ground apartment with own access. It is self contained with its own front entrance and door with a double lock.
