Renovation required

The apartment was clean, but the property and rooms are in a condition that requires renovation. This includes various tasks such as wallpapering and painting walls, replacing flooring, and modernizing bathroom fixtures. The pictures of the apartment do not reflect how it actually looks in reality. I would not visit this place again.
