Lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of Hampstead Heath
Clean & comfortable 2 bedroom flat in Hampstead Heath. Sleeps up to 4 people. A travel cot can be supplied upon request.
2 bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. Small office area. Lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Private balcony leads onto communal gardens. Utility cupboard with washer/dryer machine.
South End Road is full of lovely cafes and restaurants, and 5 minutes further up the road you can enjoy the beautiful streets of Hampstead village where you’ll find an array of boutiques, coffee shops & restaurants. The area is served by 2 stations, Hampstead Heath overground is a 3 minute walk and Belsize Park (Northern Line) underground is 7-8 minute walk. Myself and my partner Matthew work full time but will be available to deal with any requests throughout the day and try to always offer any help you might need. We will happily point you in the direction of all London’s hot spots and try to make great recommendations for food and activities for your stay.

Quiet flat located in very pleasant neighborhood. Hampstead Heath a short walk, as were many restaurants and all conveniences. Helpful and friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again.
The apartment is in a very good location in Hampstead. Nearby the are a lot of busses and the underground station, also the apartment is very quiet. It's clean and all family needs. We passed nice days there.

The flat was quiet and clean in a great area; one of my favourites in London. Easy access to shops, pubs and all the public transport you could need.

We had 5 people spend a week in London and we stayed at this apartment. The location was perfect for us where we could take the tube down to city and explore what London offers. The were great cafe’s and a great grocery store to stock up on essentials at the apartment. It was way better than hotel rooms as we could relax in the living g room and cook meals in the kitchen. The owners were great and answered all of our questions promptly. I will definitely recommend staying here.
We really enjoyed our stay with easy access to central London via bus and tube. Our host was exceptionally responsive and provided wonderful suggestions for teen-friendly food and activities. The flat is in a neighborhood right next to Hampstead Heath, which provided a quiet respite from our busy itinerary. The second bedroom is a bit small for older teens, it would be perfect for younger kids, but we still enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Would highly recommend to other families for their get-away!
Flat is clean and fully stocked, and very quiet despite being near an overground train (bedrooms are on the opposite side of the building). Closest tube station is about an 8-minute walk but we used the nearby bus stop just as much because it has many lines serving central London. Also, great for early morning walks on Hampstead heath and the city view from Parliament Hill.
What a great little flat! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and bright. Bedding and towels lovely quality. Kitchen was clean and really well kitted out. Bathrooms clean and easy to use. Buses and trains were within a few minutes walk and the area is lovely with supermarkets and shops, The host was really friendly and all instructions were easy to follow. Any queries we had web answered very promptly. A really great base to explore London.
The flat was very clean, it's a great place to stay for visiting London. Local bus service and trains were good and Ruth was brilliant with her communication, which was appreciated, as it was nice to know you had someone to advise you if you needed it. Just the one small issue was parking, you could park in the nearby street overnight until 9am I think, you can park in the hospital multi storey but only for 48 hours, then no return for another 24 hours but we managed, so all in all a great stay.
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Hampstead, convenient for public transport and shops and a village feeling.
The only slight hitch both Ruth, our host, and we had was with the Vrbo app when check-in information was not sent. Luckily Ruth was super quick at responding to messages.
Flat is well located, clean and well appointed, and has a good main bedroom.The second (twin) room is more or less triangular, so has a single storage bed and a rollout (large) single bed - which was quite comfortable. With these two beds there was virtually no unoccupied floor area, and nowhere (obvious) to store clothes. The room didn’t meet our expectations based on the description and pricing.Ruth was a responsive, friendly and helpful host.In my opinion the flat would be excellent for a three adults or a couple. It might also suit a family with two younger children. I would not recommend it for four adults.
We loved our stay here. the location could not have been better. Super close to the heath, underground, overground and shops. We even had a fox in the yard to watch. would highly recommend.

My friend and I stayed one week in North London at the lovely two bedroom unit here and we truly enjoyed the space to return to after days out around the city. We got to know some neighbors, a couple of cats, and even a fox! The host is phenomenal. I will return! The George is a great local pub too!
Our choice of Hampstead Heath for 4 nights was for quiet and walking the Heath, which we truly enjoyed! This location was perfect! So great to have a small town full of creative beauty with occasional subway rides into the big city. This large 2 bedroom home had all we needed, with the kitchen practical and nice space for dining. Having Marks &Spencers just across the street made food shopping so easy. Ruth was quickly responsive to aid us at all times. An excellent choice indeed.
Lovely flat in a beautiful part of London. We particularly liked the access to outside space and being so close to Hampstead Heath. There were numerous lovely independent cafes/ bookshops etc nearby. The flat had everything you could need for a stay, ours was 2 nights but we could have stayed longer with the amenities available and the neighbours that we met were friendly. Easy access to central London via the underground or overground trains. Ruth was very available despite having a new born baby, so we thank her for that.
