Everything was clean, there was plenty of space for our family of five, beds and linens were lovely. There are several flights of stairs to climb, and the master bedroom shower stall is small, so just be aware of that. This neighborhood is wonderful. It felt very safe, and there are several restaurants and grocery/convenience stores nearby. We took the bus and there were a couple of convenient bus stops nearby too. It's also a long (30-40 minute) but very doable walk from the theater district and the Buckingham Palace area too. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to London! ##### Alixandria L. I definitely enjoyed staying at this property. First of all, Simon was amazing and was always so helpful and responsive. The flat was such a wonderful place to stay. Located in a great neighborhood and only a few minute walk to the Underground and several other shops and restaurants. There are a lot of stairs but it’s to be expected in a beautiful and well maintained older building such as this. It is in a great location. Close to bus stops and the tube. Simon was great to work with. He responded very quickly to our text messages. There were some small boxes of cereal and cookies there for us to enjoy. A very nice touch. There are a lot of stairs together to the unit, as stated in the listing. Nothing terrible, but it is true. Some VRBO units provide paper towel and laundry soap. This one does not. No big deal, just plan accordingly. We would stay here again.
