Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The unit looks nice, however; not suitable for 4 adults. The sofa bed is not comfortable for two people, too small. The WiFi internet signal was too weak, even with one device connected. A bit noisy at night, street cars and people yelling. Some of the windows are loose and shake with the strong wind. The unit is located in 3rd floor with no elevator and hard to walk upstairs with heavy suitcases. The host was very helpful and quickly responded when contacted.
