Perfect stay
Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother, evening meal and breakfast were both very nice and in lovely surroundings. Excellent location for what we wanted and at a good price

Fabulous place to stay in London
This B&B is amazing. A historic 1880 home turned into a hotel with a fabulous breakfast and restaurant. The staff is amazing, Jack, Alicia, the cook from Italy, we can't wait to go again.

Great Location Beds lovely and comfortable very grateful for the fan as it was very hot in London I omitted to check whether there was a lift and our case was heavy our room was changed from the top floor to the floor below. There are a lot of stairs. We enjoyed our stay there staff very nice. Breakfast choice good .

Great staff. 3 floors to carry your luggage. Puh! Hall and staircase carpets warn and stained. Rooms good, but missing bed side lamp. TV not working, had to change room.

We would absolutely stay here again! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations! We loved the pub downstairs and could not hear the crowds from our room. The rooms were comfortable. The location was within walking distance to many shops and places to eat, as well as a tube station. I would recommend staying at the Hand & Flower.

We stayed in the Pendragon room on the second floor which charming, very clean and had a comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised with the little details like the mini-espresso machine and welcome drink in the mini-fridge. The staff was warm and attentive. The neighborhood is nice. Overall a great experience for a 2 night stay in London.

The property was pretty well situated and more or less as described. Room was spacious and the facilities were functional. Beds comfortable. Fridge and coffee machine ok. Bar had some atmosphere and a good selection of beers/wines etc. Closed early 22:30. Breakfast is not a buffet but a menu. for each item. Food was good but things that you might usually expect were missing e.g. pastries, bread etc. I felt that the pictures on the advert were not entirely reflective of the current condition.

Sleep above the pub.....
The room (Peacock) one the top floor was spacious, comfortable bed. Silhouette fridge with water and a bottle of Fuller's lager included in room rate as well as tea and coffee (a little jug of milk would have made it perfect rather than very, very good). Clean and tidy - very comfortable bed. Secondary glazing couldn't completely block the sound of the trains at Olympia station opposite so maybe not a room for a light sleeper but didn't bother me. Eco friendly shower gel (cardboard packaging too) - sure shampoo and conditioner will follow suit. Rooms only accessed by wireless card and then key to room too so felt very secure. Check in and out very efficient and friendly.

We stayed for one night as we had tickets at The Royal Albert Hall (30 minute walk down Kensington High Street). We had a family room for four. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again. Value for money in London was exceptional.

The second plane I needed to board was having mechanical difficulties and I e-mailed the Hotel to see if they were able to hold the reservation for me. Since I have to wait 10 hours for the other plane plus it was a 5 hour flight and 1/2 away from the airport. I want to thank the Hotel Hand and Flower for their excellent customer service and going above and beyond in my time of need. Thank you!

Great pub, plenty of atmosphere with excellent ales and good food. The breakfast is also very good. Well located for London Olympia (just on the opposite side of the road) and not far from tube station. The rooms are on the small side, with hardly any hanging space for clothes, but otherwise clean and comfortable. The rooms on the top floor are up 4 flights of stairs so not suitable for someone with physical disabilities.

Really good place to stay
Room was very good but unfortunately very hot which couldn’t be helped as it was a very hot time of year. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Room was spacious and I would stay here again
