A pay as you go gym is five minutes away. Please note that the apartment is spread over 3 floors with no elevator. The living room is a homely space with a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a large smart TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The room is filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other necessary appliances. A washing machine is also available. The bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. Hotel-quality linens are provided for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This property is conveniently situated just a 3-minute walk from Barbican station and a 7-minute walk from Farringdon station. This prime location offers easy access to transportation for your daily commute. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. The location was great. It was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely caution anyone who has mobility issues or traveling with small children that the stairs are very steep and could be dangerous. Decorated cute with London memorabilia. It was close to the tube. The only thing that was not convenient was the stairs you had to go up to get into the flat and the bedroom and bathroom were up another set of stairs.
