Complimentary tea and instant coffee are provided for your convenience. Indulge in a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower, stunning marble walls, and elegant gold accents. The bathroom includes all the essentials for a refreshing stay, including fresh towels and toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that in-stay cleaning is not included, but it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The Fitzroy is conveniently located just a short walk from Warren Street and Great Portland Street underground stations, providing effortless access to Euston and other key transport hubs. The vibrant neighborhood offers plenty to explore, with Regent’s Park nearby for a relaxing stroll and the iconic BT Tower close by. Charlotte Street, just moments away, is lined with charming cafes and restaurants, ideal for a coffee or a quick bite. Whether you're discovering local sights or traveling into central London, our location makes everything easily accessible! The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Great Portland Street, is just a 4-minutes walk. Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property. Please note that scent diffusers are placed in the room. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
